Is this a long consulting engagement?
No. Strategy work is measured in days, not months. It starts with the free strategy call and audit, and if deeper work is worth doing we scope it in writing first, like everything else.
Do I need a strategy before building anything?
For a single obvious fix, no. We can scope that straight from the free audit. Strategy earns its keep when there are many possible builds and you need to know which ones matter and in what order.
